Our success is measured in the quality of work, not on billable hours.The IT Support Technician - Level II (MSP) will play a very important role handling escalated issues from our clients onsite and via ConnectWise. The IT Support Technician - Level II (MSP) will be best known for being personable and technically savvy with Microsoft office products such as troubleshooting Office 365, Microsoft Exchange as well as familiarity with Windows Server 2012 & 2016 administration. An IT Support Technician - Level II (MSP) in this role should also understand basic networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, Mail Transport, IP Troubleshooting, and DFS, etc.IT Support Technician - Level II (MSP) Requirements Provide on-site support to end-users at multiple customer sites, including: Configure and install/setup laptops, desktops, and accessories Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (ie creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules, etc.) and provide training/assistance to end users Troubleshoot network connectivity issues Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points Act as liaison between customer and 3rd party vendors (ie internet service providers, line-of-business software vendors, etc.) Install RMM agent, antivirus, and cloud-based security software Configure mobile devices for email, multi-factor authentication, and mobile device management services IT Support Technician - Level II (MSP) Salary + Benefits: $55,000 - $70,000 (flexible based on experience) Health/Dental/Vision 401(k) with company match Generous PTO Travel and Certification Reimbursement Opportunity Location Rockville, MD Proposed Salary $55,000 - $70,000Bowman Williams is a national specialized staffing firm for Cloud Service Providers and Managed Service Providers.
