Job Description CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a cleared (TS/SCI with Poly) Data Center Management Technician. In this role you will function as a lead or a member of one of the programs Field Teams providing discovery, reporting and documentation, installation and integration, and data ingest of Nlyte design implementation. The Field Team is based out of Chantilly, VA and conducts about 5 TDYs to CONUS and/or OCONUS locations annually. What You'll Get to Do: The Data Center Management Technician (DCMT) should bring strong verbal and written communication skills to support physically separated customers and teammates. The DCMT may be selected as primary point of contact for the planning, allocation, and utilization of power, space, and cooling (PSC) resources within the customer data center. Your responsibilities will include the following: + Support evolving customer requirements as well as addressing any issues with the current data center operations + Bring in-depth knowledge of data center operations and be able to identify and mitigate data center issues, create strategic plans that focus on expanding data center operations, and lead physical device migration efforts + Bring in-depth knowledge of writing and editing technical documentation, creating, and reviewing standard operating procedures and presentations related to power, space, and cooling within the data centers + This position will require up to 50% travel both CONUS & OCONUS (non-combat zone) These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have: + Experience with data center power, space, and cooling support systems + Journeyman license in IT Infrastructure or Electrical discipline Education: + Candidate must have BS + 5 years of experience.
