The Strategic Accounts team is responsible for ensuring unassailable customer value while enabling proactive account and market growth opportunities. The group partners heavily with internal cross-functional teams in data/analytics, network, and operations, and has a focus on customer success process and programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to help drive meaningful market impact and top-line growth. What You'll Be Doing:Working to develop innovative approaches to communicate customer value - Investigate, test, and help operationalize new performance metrics and opportunity assessments to help differentiate NCHHelp create streamlined internal processes to engage subject matter experts in the generation of client-specific insightsCoordinate client and internal feedback on pilot content and development processesSupporting scaled Strategic Account Executives in customer success delivery - Partner with data and analytics team to automate timely delivery of required reportingDistill key customer insights - value, troubleshooting, and growth opportunities - from dataDevelop succinct and high-impact communication tools and content for client-specific partnership performance discussions Developing pathways for growth within existing accounts or existing markets - Collaborate with Product team and Account Executives to shape business development collateralSync with operations teams to capture key value 'proof points' within existing risk marketsPartner with data/analytics team to flesh opportunity and pricing projectsThe Experience You'll Need (Required):Bachelor's Degree2-4 years' experience Finishing Touches (Preferred): Previous experience working in healthcareExperience in a strategy management consulting firmGrowth strategy experience, eg, market assessments, SWOT analysisDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativityExperience developing collateral or educational contentAnalytic rigor, experience conducting root cause analysesDrive to get stuff done, comfort with ambiguityResourcefulness-ability to procure detailed data and informationProven time-management skills and attention to detailOutstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationshipsTechnical requirements: Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 MBPS and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
