We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support the development and production of proposals, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral. This person will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator. Must be well organized, detail oriented, high energy and responsive with excellent writing/proofreading and graphic/page layout skills. BS/BA degree and proficiency in desktop publishing software, such as InDesign, and Microsoft Office are required. Background in writing required and background in art is a plus. Only responses that include a writing sample will be considered. Job Requirements:Possess a strong and clear professional communication styleExcellent verbal communication skillsSuperb multi-tasking skillsExcellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skillsProficient in desktop publishing software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proficient in business and technical writing and editingAbility to work well as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and identify and swiftly solve problemsAbility to meet tight deadlinesBe self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeEffective time management skills Years of experience: 1-3 Hours: 32/week (occasional 40/week and overtime may be required depending on project deadlines)Benefits:WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
