This position will drive management and content for our website, SEO/SEM, and collaborate with campaign and product marketing teams on outbound digital marketing programs across social, webcast, chatbot and other channels.What you'll do Manage, design, implement and continuously improve our website and other resources built on the Pimcore and Wordpress platformsOwn the UI strategy and oversee day-to-day website operations, including daily and weekly contentPartner with the Marketing team to plan, maintain and improve online presence, and initiate new ways to enhance and develop our website presence across brandsImplements reports and analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our site and marketing campaignsDrive SEO/SEM implementation and management to improve traffic and lead conversionSupport outbound marketing programs with integration of creative and compelling web, video, demos, blogs, and other digital contentDirectly support efforts to grow qualified leads, by converting site traffic through effective design and use of calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation offers; evaluates and implements additional tools to make lead generation more effectiveWork with Marketing Operations Manager and Head of B2B Marketing to facilitate the plan and vision for the websiteProvide consultation to campaigns teams to drive effective programs through social media, third-party sites, and other digital channels, AI platforms and toolsWork with website agency and IT on maintenance effortsTrain new team members on content management system as neededWhat you'll need 3+ years of relevant work experience in the B2B technology marketing spaceWorking knowledge of HTML, Brightcove video software, Drift and PhotoshopStrong, hands-on experience in web design, implementation, and website managementExperience with CMS, and marketing automation toolsAbility to produce, edit and manage videos and other digital assetsExcellent communication skills (English fluency required)Self-starter with the ability to work autonomouslyStrong analytics skills and a data-driven approach to marketingExperience driving SEO, SEM, and ongoing keyword analysisExperience with Google Ads, PPC, and paid campaigns a plusHands-on experience with innovative social media marketingIndependent and resourceful problem solver with a success-oriented mindsetAbility to successfully manage multiple high profile and time-sensitive projectsWe are driven by our values.We are relentless contributors, disruptors, collaborators, and talent cultivators.
