All positions: Requirements: *Excellent customer service skills *Excellent data entry and typing skills *Advanced Microsoft Office skills *1-3 years' experience working in a related field handling heavy case load of incoming and outgoing calls *Experience with documenting information quickly into internal systems *Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and utilize search tools to find information *Excellent verbal, written, and social communication and analytic skills *Comfort and confidence when interacting with clients/customers *Hours will be 40 per week from 8am to 5pm CST. No OT will be permitted unless requested by the client.
