Description: Georgetown Hill Early School, a local non-profit organization, is looking for a strong and versatile Marketing & Communications Director to join our leadership team. This role will manage and support marketing and branding efforts across the organization. The essential functions of this position are:Develop and oversee an annual marketing plan and calendar to promote key events and enrollment periods Create and execute monthly marketing & media plans, approved by leadershipWork with admissions to achieve campus goals regarding leads and enrollment Act as a leader in lead generation, creative development, branding, social media, content development, on-site and event support, email campaigns and moreCollaborate with campus leaders on daily marketing needs and help problem solve issues as they ariseDeliver weekly reports including, but not limited to, pacing by campaign/channel along with recommendations for improvements and adjustments Lead initiatives for all marketing planning such as social media, creative development, video and moreWork with external vendors to manage marketing campaigns and initiatives Communicate and coordinate resources for creative and content development including graphic design, copy, video, and web developmentManage and oversee brand and reputation online (eg Yelp, Google, etc) including employer brandingPerforming other work-related duties as assigned including but not limited to projects that encompass all Georgetown Hill campuses and broader company effortsYou would be a good fit for this role if you are:Analytical. We need someone with a keen eye and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to multi-task. You'll likely work on several projects at one time will be trusted to meet deadlines. An effective communicator. As the leader of our branding and reputation we'll expect you to be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Friendly and a strong team player. You should be able to develop relationships with campus directors, outside vendors and business leadership and able to communicate effectively.Driven and adaptable. We are a growing organization and are looking for someone who can grow with us. You'll need to keep up with out fast pace and you'll hopefully be eager to take on new roles and responsibilities as neededThis position may be largely remote but will require frequent in-person meetings and events. PM21. Requirements: The requirements for this position are as follows:A related Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred2-3 years' experience in a lead marketing role Demonstrated writing/communication skills over a variety of methods (email, phone, video)Excellent technological skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, analytics, SEO/PPC (specifically Facebook, Google Adwords and Bing adCenter), and social media best practicesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships requiredStrong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail
