The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. What will I be doing? We are looking for a stellar digital marketer who knows how to deliver outstanding, innovative digital marketing solutions across brand websites and app experiences. Passion, problem-solving, strong communication, and a "can-do" demeanor will be critical for success in this role as we drive the business through customer-first digital solutions. The Manager, Digital Marketing will be passionate about supporting and curating an outstanding customer experience for our All Inclusive and Resorts hotels across web, app, and other high-traffic sites within the Hilton digital ecosystem. The Manager will be responsible for using on-site and app capabilities to create and maintain a stellar cohesive digital consumer experience for our All Inclusive Hotels and Resorts that reinforces our marketing messages and business priorities. Through collaboration with Digital Product, Experience Design, and supporting agency teams, you will work to develop multi-channel Digital Brand plans that support Marketing partners in driving increased organic traffic, engagement, and conversion. Additionally, this role will support owned channel marketing planning, developing integrated, efficient marketing plans for partners that include digital and other owned channels in support of All Inclusive and Resorts. Manage key partnerships between Digital product teams and the Marketing team to drive our capabilities forward and deliver world-class, customer-centric digital experiences for All Inclusive and Resorts. Work closely with Resorts and All Inclusive Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Media teams to ensure multi-channel alignment to maximize conversion and ensure consistency within the consumer journey. Lead Digital Brand Marketing functionality and optimizations workflow to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Build a culture of advance planning for known activation periods. Collaborate with Global Marketing teams in understanding individual brand on-site functionality needs and work with the Digital product team in developing universal solves. Collaborate across an owned channel ecosystem and support building of cross channel, integrated marketing plans that include digital, email, social and more. Support the goals of Digital Marketing as we support the needs of the business and collaborate on building out additional digital capabilities. Track All Inclusive and Resorts focused business performance, monitor analytics, and drive strategies to improve visitor engagement and/or conversion. What are we looking for? We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: Passionate about the consumer with a strong interest in understanding user behavior and driving increased engagement At ease in ambiguous/changing situations with a positive demeanor Keen attention to detail and strong project management skills and interpersonal capabilities -able to deliver against timelines in a matrixed environment Proven high level of integrity, flexibility, initiative, and dedication To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Five (5) years of experience in Marketing Three (3) years of experience in Digital Marketing, Merchandising or E-Commerce Experience within Web tracking and analytics, Adobe preferred It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree, specializing in Marketing, Digital or Communications Understanding of Digital Best Practices Knowledge of the broader travel industry and its digital capabilities as well as e-commerce/digital trends in outside sectors that may influence consumer shopping behavior What is it like working for Hilton?
