We are seeking dedicated health care professionals as independent contractors to support our commitment to saving lives.Job DescriptionThe Finance Payroll and Accounting Specialist will support AMI Testing and Vaccination team in both the short and long-term planning process to create meaningful financial plans that guide the organization and drive the achievement of financial and operational objectivesJob Requirements* Support the financial operations of the AMI and the Testing and Vaccination Team; will also provide support to other entities in the system on an as needed basis.* Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators, especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures and profit margin.* Monitor KPI's and identify the cause of any unexpected variances* Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections and operating forecast.* Ad-hoc business performance reporting.* Present monthly and quarterly financial reports of various reports.* Implement dashboard reports.* Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.* Support management team and the business unit leadership with data-driven analysis.Required Skills/Abilities* A Bachelor's degree in business, finance or health related field, Masters prepared preferred.* 3-5 years of work experience in financial analysis and management required, including commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
