ResponsibilitiesPerform as a Technical Task Order Leader and manager for Perspecta employees and subcontractor personnel assigned to a specific mission domain area (CYBER, CECO, A&P, Ent. Mgmt). Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Provide technical leadership and guidance to support the application of System Engineering and Architecture (SE&A) processes and tools to solve technical problems and achieve desired mission outcomes. Plans, conducts and supervises assignments, generally involving larger and more important projects or multiple projects. Evaluates and determines changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility. Determines candidates for employment/termination, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and is responsible for the application of company and program policies. QualificationsIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.Three or more years of experience performing in technical leadership role or program management experiencePrevious experience with technical task management including task development, customer/stakeholder relationship building, cost & schedule management, and staffing. Position requires an experienced personnel manager with strong communication skills. Individual must be responsive, flexible, and able to work independently.Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraphIndividual Capabilities/Experience Desired:Ten years of experience supporting programs and projects within the MPO customer.Related certifications; eg PMP, CSEP, ESEP etc..
