Argon ST, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Senior Level Hardware Integration and Test Engineer (Level 4) to join our Integration and Test team located in Fairfax, Virginia. In this role, you will own and help integrate, test, maintain, document and design new and existing SIGINT products. You will be directly involved with the integration, test and documentation of a complex, multi-engineering disciplined system. Position Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the manufacturing, test, and troubleshooting of complex systems Development and support of Automated Test Equipment Work with RF technologies, test equipment, and complex RF Radio/Antenna systems Troubleshoot manufacturing and test issues Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory and test-related problems. Conduct tests per plan and processes data Document and communicate test plans and results Interface with key members of the team and internal/external customers This position requires an active US Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A US Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or any technical field More than 3 years of experience with hardware/software integration solutions More than 3 years of experience developing, integrating, maintaining and/or delivering hardware devices Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) or related systems Experience leading or working with a team and presenting technical content to large groups, such as technical readiness review (TRR) Experience in systems engineering to include developing integration, validation, and verification test plans for a large, integrated system Experience in shell scripting as well as working in an integrated software/hardware role Experience with formal, customer-witnessed testing Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment Experience with computer science fundamentals, distributed systems, radio frequency signal collection and processing Experience utilizing and manipulating hardware and software test configuration and equipment to quickly isolate faults Written and verbal communication skills Technical analysis and problem solving skills/experience Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (eg Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (eg PhD + 4 years' related work experience, Master + 7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
