Adventist HealthCare Home Care Services seeks to hire an Administrator, Home Care who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of homecare division. Ensures that services meet all Medicare, Medicaid, and OSHA guidelines. Provide direction on clinical and financial management, strategic planning and community relations in a way to ensure quality and growth. Ensures all policies and procedures are in accordance with those of Adventist Healthcare. Responsible for oversight of operations and outcomes for the Home Care Service line. Aligns strategic direction on clinical and financial management, strategic planning and community relations in a way to ensure quality and growth. Ensures regulatory compliance and ongoing accreditation. The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating communication with key stakeholders. Performs principle duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Organization's mission, vision, values and goals.

As an Administrator you will:
• Communicate in a very clear and distinct matter.
• Must be available to solve agency problems and possess the ability to make
prompt decisions on a variety of issues.
• Must be flexible, able to set priorities, and work under pressure.
• Manages through appropriate delegation and directs others to perform tasks
and responsibilities.
• Promotes AHC mission and philosophy of care. Explores new business
opportunities to grow referrals and geographic region.
• Manages stress and crisis situations in a mature, diplomatic, and appropriate
manner.
• Handles difficult and sensitive issues in a professional and confidential
manner.
• Promotes a high degree of customer service.
• Must be personable and enjoy working with people.

Qualifications include:

• Masters Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or
closely related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must have five-seven years of supervisory/management experience an at
administrative or middle management level.
• Must have ability to communicate and motivate people.
