Senior Manager, PCI Advisory Services

Cyber Assurance is seeking a Senior Manager to be a subject matter expert and technical team lead within the Cyber Assurance Payment Card Industry (PCI) team, providing application architectural compliance consulting to the enterprise regarding the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and other applicable PCI Council standards. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with excellent cyber best-practices, process management, and communication skills. The candidate will be detail-oriented, results focused with a collaborative approach, and will have a proven record of managing high profile PCI related projects. The candidate will also be an experienced people leader, with the ability to motivate, grow, and effectively leverage a team of PCI advisors.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop lasting partnerships with various enterprise teams, to include collaborating on developing compliance-by-design strategies while balancing risk, business objectives, and business impact.
  • Stay current with architecture and technology developments and competitive trends and use this knowledge to identify and propose creative security and compliance strategies to the enterprise.
  • Promote awareness and training of PCI principles, requirements, and security best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of PCI advisors to support the Enterprise PCI program.
  • Develop core scope reduction strategies and manage execution of these strategies across technology partners


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing complex PCI centric workstreams in a large enterprise to achieve and sustain PCI Compliance
  • At least 8 years of experience communicating with and managing technologists at all levels of management
  • At least 8 years of experience with technical IT controls
  • At least 8 years of experience with technical integration
  • At least 8 years of experience with program management
  • At least 4 years of experience leading PCI compliance scope reduction project work by using tokenization or P2PE


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing GRC solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based environments
