The Integrated Warfare Systems Group's (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical, and programmatic support to the Navy's Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). Current efforts supporting PEO IWS include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cybersecurity, IT network and programmatic support for advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs. IWSG staff support a variety of tasks including: support and completion of major technical reviews; producing required acquisition documentation; meeting critical program milestone deadlines; managing program needs and external requirements, and ensuring the right resources are provided to the right priorities at the right time. #CJ #IN123 Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced junior or mid-level Test & Evaluation professional to provide direct support to the US Navy Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors & Lasers Directorate (PEO IWS 2.0). Your primary responsibility in this role will be to provide Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineering Support Services (ESS) to the PEO IWS 2.0 Advanced Radars (SPY-6) T&E Assistant Program Manager (APM) and the Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) T&E Lead. Typical tasks for the position include development and/or review or technical and programmatic T&E plans and documentation (eg T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Verification Matrices, Technical Review Action Plans, Summary Reports, Statements of Work, etc.), coordination of Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviews and comment adjudication of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and performance of test execution services in live testing (eg test execution lead, test data collection, target coordination, etc.). You will be required to communicate effectively with technical SMEs, Principal Assistant Program Managers, APMs, and program T&E execution staff. We expect you to provide educated advice and deliverables to the level of SPA's highest quality standards-delivered on time, error-free, and suitable for the intended purpose. The IWSG office is located at 20 M Street in Southeast DC conveniently down the street from our clients at the Washington Navy Yard. This position will be expected to provide support at the Washington Navy Yard and at SPA's 20 M St office in post-Covid environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or other technical degree 2+ years of systems engineering, DoD acquisition, or program management experience Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance, and the ability to maintain it Desired Qualifications Practical experience working in at least one aspect of planning for and/or conducting test events Experience working in an acquisition program office environment with documentation, protocols formats, and deadlines
