Your capacity to creatively strategize, motivate sales professionals, and elicit achievement makes you the right fit for a District Manager role with Syneos Health.Responsibilities This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. While reporting to the Regionsal Sales Director, you will lead hire, train and develop, as well as, coach to success the sales team in your district in order to successfully promote product-targeted physicians. You will have the opportunity to: Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in your district. Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships. Drive product promotion solutions and execute marketing strategies. Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines. Provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs. Job Requirements Along with demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree required. 7+ years of Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical experience. 3+ years' district level management experience. Strong knowledge of the Diabetes market. Experience working in Endocrinology preferred. Proven leadership and reimbursement experience.
