Meade in Maryland. This position supports the Comprehensive Cyber Support Services II (CCSS II). CCSS II is a SAIC Prime DoD contract that supports Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. Team SAIC delivers high impact subject matter expertise to help solve complex operational challenges the Marine Corps faces in this dynamic domain of warfare. Our SMEs cover the spectrum from All Source Intelligence Analysts, full spectrum CO Planners, CND/IR, and OCO mission management. A$ 'A' *Network Threat Analyst shall:* * Work closely with the Operations Center and Cyber Protection Teams * Analyze, map, protect, or discover vulnerabilities, intrusions and threats in computer network systems * Perform in-depth diagnostic analysis of computer and network intrusions * Determine if modifications have been made to suspect system(s) and the vector by which that modification occurred perform in-depth analysis of computer and network intrusion incident data * Perform in-depth technical analysis of network traffic with the goal of detecting malicious activity. *Qualifications* *A$ 'A' Required Education and Experience:* * Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience;A$ 'A' Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * Hands-on professional experience in insider threat analysis *Additional Qualifications:* * A keen ability to identify trends and patterns in data * Organizational and cross-functional communications skills to disseminate and present findings to key stakeholders * Familiarity with risk scoring and threat analysis tools * Experience writing, testing, and deploying UAM signatures * Experience with User and Entity Behavior Analytics * Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) security controls * Familiarity with SIEM tools * Prior experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Network Operation Center (NOC) *Clearance Requirement:* * Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph. #CyberWarrior SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
