The candidate must be team-oriented and be comfortable offering in-person and phone technical support to ANSER staff and client personnel. The candidate will work closely with government-sponsored IT support, ANSER IT Operations, and FSO staff to troubleshoot facility IT-related issues. The candidates primary role is to provide end-user technical support at ANSERs Falls Church location. The candidate will serve a backup role supporting the maintenance of SIPRNET assets, audio/visual equipment, client endpoints located at the Lorton facility, and aiding the ISSM with efforts related to classified workstations within the facility. The majority of the job responsibilities are associated with supporting the Falls Church office; however, the candidate will split time providing support at the Lorton site as needed. EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Requirements: Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience providing enterprise information technology customer support Bachelors degree in technical field CompTIA Security+ certification (plus) Experience as an ISSO (plus) 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Operating Systems security control policies Experience working with DOD clients (DTRA client a plus) Experience using a help desk ticketing system (RemedyForce is a plus) Experience troubleshooting IT issues Windows 10 Microsoft Enterprise Applications Office Suite (Exchange, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Skype for Business Teams Printers/Copiers Audio Visual systems Wi-Fi Telephony technology Currently holds active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance *Please note, this position is contingent upon contract award.DISCLAIMER:In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail Recruiting@anser.org.
