Clinical Coordinator - Medical Imaging School
GENERAL SUMMARYThe Clinical Coordinator, MedStar Washington Medical Imaging School of Radiologic Radiology, functions as instructor, facilitator, and coordinator of a broad range of educational activities. Instructs Radiologic Technology students to prepare them to function as Radiologic Technologists and to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification examination in Radiography. Focuses on clinical performance, technical/clinical competencies, didactic education, and professional and personal development of Radiologic Technology students.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related discipline is required within two years of position acceptance. Master's Degree is preferred.PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Three years of progressively more responsible job related experience.
