The primary responsibility will be to support the firm's CEO in management, business development and client services efforts, including providing administration and scheduling, coordinating travel, conducting research, writing and editing reports and correspondence, planning events, and handling external communication.The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, able to anticipate change, passionate and up to date on current financial markets and sustainability. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate must be a team player who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and adapts to demanding and ever-changing situations. The Associate would have opportunities to attend certain meetings or events with the CEO.Specific Responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining a complex schedule, calendar, and correspondence for CEOCreate and edit internal and external presentationsCreate, compile, and archive meeting, event, and speaker briefing materialsResearch trends and topics in sustainable investing, finance, and international economics.Assisting in managing client and other business relationships for the CEOConceptualize and organize speaking events and webinars involving the CEO and external guestsDraft website and social media descriptions of teamwide and CEO events.Coordinate across business units to communicate and implement firm-wide priorities and practicesAd hoc projects and requests as neededQualificationsKey ExperienceStrong academic background (or equivalent)Experience in sustainable investing, communications, or consulting industries.
