This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for Capital One. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and business , group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needsManage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offersCandidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closingWork cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusionLeverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partnersSource stellar candidates with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the marketBasic QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's DegreeProfessional Human Resources (PHR) certificationAt least 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcingAt least 2 years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams1+ year experience recruiting talent profiles in Design, Creative, Risk, Product, Business AnalystsAbility to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talentExperience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
