Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Understand loan documentation and agency guidelinesUnderstand company guidelines for data integrityMaintain tickler report for tracking of real estate tax due dateProcess disbursements related to real estate taxesRegular communication with internal and external clientsTrack timing and stages of reporting requirements to third part tax servicePrepare and process various reports and invoices related to the tax serviceProcess new tax contract reportingPerforming other related duties as assignedVerifying and entering data information into servicing systemRegular communication with internal and external clients related to real estate taxes including monitoring group email for tax items.
