PROJECT OVERVIEW: Whitney, Bradley, and Brown (WBB) Inc. supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense customers. The Senior Program Analyst position involves providing budgetary & financial management support for DoD customers. Assigned activities involve executing DoD budgetary and financial management policies and procedures including long range planning of programs and objectives in support of the Future Years Defense Program. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution(PPBE) activities that include the development of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) for assigned projects as well as Program and Budget Reviews (PBR) Create and process funding d ocume nts; and monitor and report the financial execution Articulate the impacts of funding change on programs for senior leaders and decision makers Develop briefings and justifications for Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Security Clearance: Top Secret Active TOP SECRET clearance Bachelor Degree Knowledge of DoD budgetary and financial management policies and procedures Program office level experience in budgeting, financial management, research and communications (PPBE) Ability to work effectively with a team of senior officials in a high profile and demanding environment Experience in developing presentations and reports Experience in applying fact-finding and research to report on issues and solve problems within DoD/OSD/Joint domains DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Active TS/SCI Understanding of DoD management principals and processes Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development/execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency OSD-specific budget analyst experience WORK LOCATION: Arlington, VA TRAVEL: None KEY WORDS : PPBE #MON WBB is a professional services and management consulting company that provides innovative products and services that solve government and commercial customer's toughest problems.
