OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! This role will provide technical leadership and act as a liaison between Corporate IT and our DC and Raleigh offices. Providing technology consulting to agency staff and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.About the JobEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key operations leaders in the respective regional offices. Ketchum, Omnicom, and Paige. Ensure the regional business units have the appropriate technologies and support to be successful.Provide feedback to Corporate IT, local office leadership, OMC SDM's to ensure that technology needs are being met.Provide webinar event support for high profile client and agency webinar meetings using tools like Adobe Connect and MS Teams.Partner with local Paige/HR/Finance/& IT Operations for end-user Onboarding/Offboarding.Support end-user mobile devices (eg, iOS phones, tablets) with rollouts and modifications.Partner with Paige to keep up to date computer inventory for each location.Provide escalation help for Paige Site Support tech questions.Drive and implement conference room technology standards wherever applicable.Support projects that come from account teams (eg, client auditing requests, unique technology requirements, etc.).Liaison with local vendors as needed.Provide IT procurement recommendations for regional offices.Provide yearly computer refresh support.Support Corporate IT Projects as needed.Provide comprehensive new user IT orientation training remotely. Ensure appropriate communications about technology are being delivered affecting local office(s).Support business continuity plans for all offices supported.Support local office equipment leases (eg, MFP copiers) for office in non-hub buildings.Leadership Initiatives Provides leadership and direction related to Information Technology for local and corporate initiatives. Collaborates with the corporate IT leadership team to define/execute strategies that improve product quality and enhance the overall service experience of our agency and clients. Contributes ideas and feedback to improve IT for the agency.Project ManagementProvides project management for projects affecting the local office(s) and corporate initiatives.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science and/or 2+ years' experience delivering sound technical solutions in professional services organizations.Above average experience with Windows 10, MacOS, Office 365, HP OEM, Active Directory Administration (Users, Security Groups, Computer Objects), SCCM, Remote support apps (eg, RDP, ARD, LogMeIn), Windows File Server 2012 R2.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw andinterpret bar graphs.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Display superior decision-making and problem-solving with appropriate attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to build positive business relationships and work in a collaborative environment with all levels of the agency. Ability to positively influence and motivate others. Seeks new and innovative approaches and applies them where appropriate to traditional situations. Plays a key role in providing strategic solutions for the local office.The ability to learn and use existing software applications as well as any software applications that may be added or upgraded.
