We are looking to fill a full-time Financial Analyst position located locally in the Baltimore Area that will work in our corporate office upon re-opening. JOB TITLEFinancial AnalystDESCRIPTIONThe Financial Analyst will work to support the goals of the Finance team at Confidio. This position will participate in financial planning of the organization by working with leadership to identify and discuss financial trends. The financial analyst will provide ad hoc strategic analysis that will support the growth of Confidio. Additionally, this role will assist with the monthly commission process. This role will provide key information that will help to drive the growth of Confidio and will report to the VP of Finance. RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the company's monthly commission process by performing data intake, preparing data for processing and completing validation and review procedures. Maintain financial and budget spreadsheets, including preparation of Confidio's annual budget, to analyze financial data and prepare timely financial reporting to Company leadership.Assist with client opportunity renewal tracking, updating dashboards and providing concise, actionable information to the account management team.
