You will be directly responsible for implementing and leading all Human Resources functions for the company. Leap is a hyper-growth company that is leading the shift to digital operations within the home services industry.RESPONSIBILITIESWork with leadership to update and manage our overall Human Resources strategyImplement and evaluate HR policies, programs and practicesOversee the planning and execution of new hire orientation to ensure new employees are properly introduced to our company cultureAnalyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay to ensure attraction and retention of top talentImplement and manage company LMS systemRecommend and manage the implementation of our employee benefits programs; direct the process of processing benefits claims; conduct trainings to educate employees about benefits offeringsWork within our Human Resources Information System (Paycom) to update and maintain employee recordsImplement and oversee annual employee performance review processImplement and oversee employee salary administrationEnsure best employee relations practices by training managers to coach and discipline employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisorsMaintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, recommend best practices, review current policies to maintain complianceKNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree from a four-year college or university5+ years of experience in progressively responsible Human Resources rolesComprehensive understanding of federal, state and local employment lawsStrong understanding of HRIS systems; Paycom a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plusLeap is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
