The Finance position shall provide critical and necessary expertise in and for the creation, analysis, management, development, and maintenance of budgetary program management activities, to include:Position Responsibilities:Applying analytic resultsConstructing budget submissions and assessing budget executionDrawing inferences, extrapolating, and generalizing as appropriateIdentifying gaps in information provided by analyses and proposing alternate analyses to address those gaps.Proactively leading budget briefings and or attending meetings, listening tocomments and responding appropriately to them.Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations.Experience with numerous contract types (CPFF, CPAF, FFP LOE, T)Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Self-starting, motivated team member with excellent written and oral communication skillsComplex critical thinking and problem-solving skills.MinimumQualifications5 to 7 years of related experience preferably in a government-contracting environment.
