Job Location: Baltimore, MDPositions Available: 2Hours per Week: 40Years of Experience: 10Education: BachelorsBenefits: All Company BenefitsDescription of Work: Provide Project Management support for a project that involves moving Content Manager On-Demand (CMOD) from an IBM mainframe to the IBM cloud. Develop project plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), schedule, risk and communications management plans Plan and manage project tasks and activities using MS Project. Utilize configuration control to ensure all Project plan changes are fully vetted. Interface with all project stakeholders to support and coordinate ongoing activities and deliverables Design, develop, implement, and manage a robust MS Teams instance to serve as a central location for all project information. Interface the MS Teams instance with Microsoft 365 applications, eg, Forms, Delve, Stream, Flow, PowerBI, Planner, Bookings, etc., as needed. Coordinate all project meetings and take and publish meeting minutes, actions, and attendees. Interface with vendors that are providing technical support to the project to communicate and address issues that may negatively affect project progress. Provide updates on project health through bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports. Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed. Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience in project management, Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience in project management, or 16 years of relevant experience in project management in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience: As a technical Project Manager including work management and tracking, process documentation, deliverables management, and schedule management Providing project coordination and implementation support Minimum of 3 years of experience: Gathering stakeholder and end-user requirements Developing and executing communications campaigns Using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio Minimum of 2 years of experience: Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications: Forms, Delve, Stream, Flow, PowerBI Planner, Bookings, etc. Supporting US Federal Government programs Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration. Project Management Professional (PMP) Secret clearance Good command of the English language for verbal and written communications, eg, little or no rework, eg, spelling, grammar, and clarity of all written communications.
