Fueling People To Be Their BestOur Operations Team is currently hiring a Service Manager in our Baltimore, MD facility. The Service Manager is a key stakeholder within our Operations team and will be primarily responsible for leading service operations and personnel to ensure proper planning, tracking, installation and ongoing maintenance of equipment and other assets.Responsibilities:Responsible for the leadership & management of service operations and staff to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer needs.Manages all equipment and other customer-service related assets.Manages all aspects of service operations including preparing and scheduling equipment for installation, coordinating staff logistics, scheduling and overseeing physical repair of equipment at customer locations and in our warehouse.Oversees and/or performs the following: dispatching technicians, oversight of closing service tickets, oversight of automated Alerts, and managing spare parts inventory.Participates in the review, development and implementation of standard operating procedures that align with company objectives and goals.Champions continuous improvement processes.Collaborates with other departments and participates in cross-functional projects to improve business processes and efficiencies.Champions a safety-focused work environment to reduce/eliminate work-related accidents and injuries.Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Qualifications:3 or more years of related experience with equipment/asset management and installation and repair of commercial equipment, (experience with vending machines, market kiosks, and/or coffee equipment is a plus); 2 years of supervisory/management experience.Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record.Demonstrated skill as an effective leader, communicator, and collaborator.Ability to work with, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams are required.Must be able to demonstrate urgency and problem-solving skills, as well as high levels of customer serviceFrequent walking, standing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting over 50 pounds.In addition to salary, Accent offers a benefits package including health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), short- and long-term disability, paid time off.Accent Food Services is an equal employment employer and is committed to providing employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals.
