Day-to-Day :- Manage Exchange servers such as Microsoft Server 2000-2012 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2000-2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, etc.- Perform routine server maintenance, configure new users and act as first point of contact for problems involving Microsoft Exchange- Administration of Windows servers, together with knowledge of RAID (redundant array of independent disks), computer recovery, command-line tools, and troubleshooting faulty networks.- Provide day-to-day prime and no-prime support to the client- Maintenance of the server software- Assist in the management of server infrastructure- Manage mail-related systems and tools- Perform server migration along with backup and disaster recovery- PowerShell scripting- Experience in migrating to the latest generation of Windows Server and Exchange products.- Serve as an escalation point for Windows Server management and operational issues.- Conduct ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance on all Windows server environments as needed. Including the management of patches, security fixes, and service packs.- Evaluate Exchange design and ensure all functionality and processes adhere to industry and Microsoft best practices.- Manages Exchange database(s), antivirus applications, messaging filtering, and error log tracking.- Recommends, schedules, and performs software patches, upgrades, and/or purchases. Minimum RequirementsMust Haves :- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange administration- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 Desired SkillsPlusses : - Microsoft Exchange 2016 administration- Experience of migration from on-premise Microsoft Exchange to O365- Strong working knowledge of patch management and change control practices.- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.- Extensive experience with Active Directory and SQL Server Database management.- Familiar with F5 Load Balancer.- Familiar with Unix- Familiar with SQL- IronPort knowledge- Experience with high-availability design (failover systems and data replication).- Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMWare).- Experience with Windows 10- Knowledge of industry best practices for e-mail privacy and regulatory compliance, routing, filtering, monitoring, tiered storage, backup, and disaster recovery
