This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys calculations, spreadsheets, customer and tenant interaction, and lease reviews.You will be apart of a team that is working to maintain and administer leases for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the Metropolitan area. In this role you will be: Working with property managers and accounting team members on lease projectsMaintaining monthly rent rolls and generate monthly rent increase reportsPreparing Tenant Estoppels and routine reconciliation statementsTracking property and tenant insurance requirementsThe person hired for this role will also be exposed to different functions within the business as well as given training opportunites to upskill and reskill their knowledge. QualificationsThe ideal candidate profile for the Lease Administrator includes:We've found that a person who has been in leasing administraton Commercial/Residential Real Estate for 4 years is capable of succeeding this roleIn order to be successful, you will have to have a proficiceny within MRI Accounting degree or accounting-work experience preferred, but not required. Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel, and MRI). Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting or exceeding deadlines. Candidate's must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in written format, and work independently as well as within a team environment.
