Administrative Project Leader

This position is responsible for managing a variety of tasks and responsibilites for the 200+ employees of the NICU. They include managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules and collection and management of data. Provides admin and project support to a large departmental staff managed by one Department Director. Project management of multiple, large and complex projects across the organization. Responsible for maintaining all of the procedural and administrative aspects of the project, and serves as the designated point-of-contact for procedural issues. Projects to include but not limited to: overseeing the assessment and evaluation processes, and detailed analysis that leads to recommendations.Thorough knowledge of office and administrative procedures and ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Strong project, office management, and communications skills, analyze ability manipulate data; maintain office manuals, reference materials and database structures. Requires constant attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Independently initiates, processes and tracks HR files to include but not limited to: performance evaluations, time and attendance, annual updates, educational record and functions such as hiring, onboarding, terminations, resignation and leave. Initiates SAP transactions and confirm processed timely and correctly. Provides general administrative support including but not limited to: timekeeping/Workforce Management, processing FMLA and STD, ordering office and unit supplies, Concur, processing invoices and making changes to the daily department schedule.Bachelor's Degree required. Eight years of proven experience in specific jobs that require a high level of critical thinking and accountabililty may substitute for degree. Requires two years related experience at the adminstrative level to prepare complex reports, analyze data, and solve problems with a high level of accountability and critical thinking. Eight years' required experience without a Bachelor's Degree.
