At ManTech International Corporation, you'll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Metrics Program Analyst to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.Provides expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and/or project team based on specialized in-depth expertise in program management, with emphasis on metrics. Ensures that quality is an integral part of the development, design and manufacture of products or services. Collaborate with mission owners to scope commercial data, service or product requirements, and define current workflow measures (as to create baseline to measure the improvements against). Develop performance measures for each project; coordinate with project team for data collection and contract needs for measurement. Capture measurements post contract award, through close collaboration with the mission owners, CORs, and other project teammates. Refine, improve, and adapt SC metrics to optimize value of measures, trends, and connection to agency level metric activities.JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Prepare a variety of metric reports for internal agency use, for oversight, and other inquiries, as needed.Provide a variety of project management support to include, but not limited to: requirement elicitation with mission owners (internal and external to agency), preparation of statements of work (SOW), market research, and other research or input to acquisition contracting documentation.Research, recommend, and then implement, in partnership with agency/OSO the best metric tool solution for SC to use for metric management. It is expected that recommendation shall include a variety of factors, to include ease or use, cost, agency best practices, and risks.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Possess an active TS/SCI security clearanceShall have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in the Program/Project/Product Management fieldMinimum 5 years of experience specific to establishing and managing metricsExperience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area. Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (ie, government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.Experience in coordinating activities performed by specialists or other staff as necessary for activities related to the specified field or discipline.Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, and have the ability to seamlessly work as part of a diverse team.Must have experience successfully interacting with a variety of audiences (working level to Senior executives)Must exhibit attention to detail, perform in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changes at the speed mission requires it.Certification in Project Management (PMP)SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraphPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to attend meetings and speak to customers in-person.Ability to communicate with co-workers, leadership, and customers must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.Ability to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipmentFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying US-person status or obtaining any necessary license.The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
