Role Description:Supports the $225M NAC/Bandsaw sales & marketing leaders to achieve Sales, margin and contribution goals. Influences strategic and operational decision making. Supports the forecasting and budget development processes. Supports the building of financial planning and analytical capabilities and best practices across the Customer team. Provide financial forecasting, financial analytics and financial modeling to the Executive Team. Seeks opportunities to improve process efficiency and enhance linkage of strategies to financial plans via the development of tools and processes to improve overall business performance.Primary Areas of Responsibility:* Develop Annual Customer Plan based on customer and shopper insights, trends and Business opportunities* Partner with sales and influence them in optimizing the promotional calendar within GTSNA guidelines. Be key decision maker on pricing and promotional decisions.* Provides monthly customer business performance review to sales team with analysis, commentaries and insights into performance against competitor brands and industry trends* Lead forecasting and cause of change analysis for customer performance, and communicate key insights to sales team* Manage and track customer performance using financial and commercial KPIs* Provide actionable insights to the Sales team to help deliver and improve financial performance - Net Sales, Margin, Mix * Support key customer VBA negotiations by offering effective options to structure dealsKey Experience & Qualifications* Minimum Experience: 5+ years* Unique Qualifications or Skills: Financial or business related analysis experience necessary. Cross functional sales partnership experience preferred.* Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.* High business acumen and increased collaboration with both functional business leaders* Tools or consumer product industry background preferred. * Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
