Our services include Project/Construction Management, Change Management, Relocation Management, and Development Support Services.KGO is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to add to our team. The right candidate will have the following experience:8 years experience in marketing/communicationsBachelor's DegreeCPSM (preferred)Understand SEO and SEM strategyAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign + Photoshop) Office Suite, particularly Excel for status/metrics trackingCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) SoftwareThe person will be responsible for:Developing, maintaining, and evolving the marketing strategy. Oversight/content creation: proposals, website, social media.Working collaboratively with BD, Sales, and service line leaders. Assure marketing campaigns reflect specific needs of business development and sales through a partnering relationship.Participate in the development and lead communication of prospect solutions in proposals and presentations; directly involved in writing proposals with company SME's.Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events and share best practices + lessons learned with the team.Support internal event strategy, planning, partnerships, and execution.Uphold and maintain the KGO culture both internally and externally.Educate and lead staff on marketing efforts.This might be an excellent position for you if you:Highly collaborative.Active listening skills.Strong ability to lead towards productive outcomes.Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate compelling ideas and gain alignment.Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with team members, internal stakeholders, and external constituents.
