Responsibilities:Analyzes business and system requirements and documents existing processes and proposed solutionsAnalyzes complex business problems, gathering and documenting business and technical requirements and maintain production system documentationDocuments all system changes and enhancementsEstablishes strong partnerships with both business and technical stakeholdersFunctions as a liaison for Engineering and the business and other cross functional resources and departments.Uses multiple tools to conduct data analysis, reporting and sharing of information to solve problems, to review, organize and edit data, including ability to use large data sets, filters to find specific data in a large list and calculation toolsCollaborates with Product and Agile Development teams to build and implement implementation plans, project schedules and requirementsPerforms, evaluates, and communicates detailed quality assurance at every stage of systems developmentBalances adherence to process with rapid delivery of benefit to the customerParticipate in agile SDLC rituals to drive successful outcomes, reporting and collaborationDocuments clears, concise, thorough, and well-structured technical requirements and proactively identify any gaps in requirements that will impact the business/systems processesCoordinates and lead sessions with key stakeholders (both independently and working with a PM) to gather and document system requirements, assess stakeholder needs and issues, and document required processes for various sized IT initiatives (small, medium, large, and strategic initiatives) spanning multiple disciplines, and multiple integrations; This includes the ability to think abstractly and ask the right questions in order to assess, document, and analyze business needs and wantsDocuments and executes test cases that adhere to functional requirements in various test environments; pinpoint exact steps to reproduce defects/issues and work with IT resources (internal and external) to bring about resolutionsCoordinates UAT sessions with end users.Requirements include:B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent preferred7+ years' experience in IT or related business experience7+ years' experience as Business System Analyst in Software development projects2+ years' experience in a software development team that was diligently applying SAFe principles and practicesAbility to be a team player working with an onsite and remote team(s)Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of an agile framework or method (ie Scrum, Kanban)Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and all its deliverables and artifacts.Meticulous and detail-orientedMust be a problem solver, critical thinker, self-motivated and possess integrity and a strong work ethicAbility to work independently on concurrent tasks and adhere to deadlinesAbility to easily adapt to changing prioritiesHigh degree of initiative and intellectual curiosityRelationship builderImpeccable communication skills across all levels of the Release TrainExperience in executing large scale projects & deliverablesStrong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communications for technical and non-technical audiencesSolid understanding of Agile software development life cycle modelsAbility to work with team members of varying backgrounds and rolesAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment while managing multiple prioritiesProficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Visio, Microsoft Project or Smartsheets etc.)Understand data governance, management & quality.Organized and transparent communicator, deadline driven, team builder, leader, planner, problem solver, and agile.Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project team members, co-workers, management, and vendors by behaving, collaborating, and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standardsHighly proficient technical writing capabilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong aptitude and adherence to various SDLC methodologies (eg Agile, Waterfall, XP, etc.)Excellent time management and organizational skills;
