GENERAL FUNCTION:Develops and schedules with student input, recreational and avocation activities to fill the leisure time hours of both residential and non-residential students in accordance with PRH Chapter 3; 3.18 Recreation and Leisure Time Activities. Supervises students involved in recreational activities both on and off center. Schedules, organizes and participates with students in intramural sports competition between all dormitories.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelor Degree in Recreation, Physical Education, Health Education or a related field with one year of experience working in a recreational program which provides services to at-risk youth preferred.ORAn Associate of Arts DegreeORA High School Diploma or GED with one year of related experience working with youth.LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES State Commercial Driver License (CDL) is required with Passenger Endorsement.NOTESafe driving record required.Must obtain a CDL within 90 days of employment Work Schedule to be discussed during interview.Weekends and Holidays are included in the work schedule.Part time and Full time positions available.An Equal Opportunity EmployerM/F/Veterans/DisabilityMINACT is a federal contractor and desires priority referrals of protected veterans
