Job Description Job Summary - Onsite Lead Recruiter You are the perfect candidate if you have strong time management, personal organizational skills, and thrive in a high demand, high visibility environment with emphasis on strategizing to identifying and close on passive niche talent. As a full life-cycle recruiter you will be responsible for the whole recruiting process from the identification and opening of a requisition, sourcing, screening, and identifying talent, through offer extension and acceptance.Location: Onsite in Odon, IN Essential Responsibilities include: Partner with Managers and build strategies to fill current openings including conducting intake calls, refining job descriptions, sourcing qualified candidates for open requisitions, consulting on hiring decisions, leading discussion and feedback sessions with hiring managers.Screen and qualify resumes providing a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers in accordance with recruiting processes and practices; OFCCP, employment laws/regulations.Ensure data integrity of the applicant tracking system and candidate management databases.Source, qualify, and cultivate a pipeline of candidates by conducting research, utilizing various search engines, job boards and networks to identify and attract talent for key skillsets and future openings directly impacting time to fill.Use social networking platforms to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationships.Ensure a positive candidate experience; provide timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal and external candidates regardless of hiring outcome andmanage candidate expectations.Conduct daily/weekly recruiting meetings with assigned business providing updates and metrics related to hiring activities and talent acquisition initiatives.Provide updates and data on the talent acquisition side to ensure positions are being filled, meeting business goals and service level agreements.Represent at various events including trade shows, focused invitationals and targeted career fairs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 5 years job related experience or equivalent.Recruiting experience within Government contracting with knowledge and understanding of the clearance process.Must have at least 3 yrs of strategic sourcing and delivery experience.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, resume management technology and other web-based recruiting systems.Strong written and communication skills including the ability to present to large and small, internal and or external groups.Comprehensive understanding of the recruiting processes and practices; OFCCP, employment laws/regulations.Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture; must be flexible to work overtime, evenings and weekends based upon business needs.Must be able to travel when needed for recruiting events and meetings. Currently travel is minimal and or on hold due to COVID restrictions.Must be a US Citizen.Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
