We are seeking an accomplished Diversity Sourcer who understands candidate nature, market trends, and has the idiosyncratic ability to build diverse pipelines inclusive of underrepresented talent for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing sourcing outreach plans, building pipeline development strategies, and relationship management experience. In this new role, you would be a part of our Inclusion & Diversity recruiting team and responsible for the implementation of diversity sourcing strategies. However, we are not siloed! Sourcers work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute strategies to identify and attract candidates to Capital One. We encourage pragmatic and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. In partnership with recruiters, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process and provide consultation and guidance to your hiring teams. You will be a subject-matter expert and be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative sourcing techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class community. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, analyzing requirements to determine target candidate profile needs for project teamManage sourcing candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and building robust relationship with clients and candidates Develop and foster strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, supporting and providing recruiting solutions and consult on their talent needs Create approaches that look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find and engage the best talent in the market Advise clients and leadership on market trends and competitive intelligence, and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners Partner as a sourcing Subject Matter Expert training colleagues on new sourcing strategies and tacticsYou will: Work closely with fellow Sourcers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and our Inclusion & Diversity team to understand technical and non-technical requirements of various roles and teams Proactively build underrepresented talent pipelines through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns Screen resumes and interview candidates Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipelineBasic Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a sourcer or OR 2 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiterPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing At least 3+ years experience use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent (social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
