Responsibilities Support the PD participation in the Joint All-Domain Command & Control Cross Functional Team (JADC2 CFT) and the C3 Leadership BoardDemonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience with existing and future advanced DoD weapon systems and their capabilities, concept of operations, limitations, and upgrade capacitiesUtilize experience and expertise in cutting edge technologies and application of technologies into new and innovative warfighting capabilities.Analyzing new or proposed policies or regulations to assess impact on DoD developing and/or fielding of future FNC3 systemsDevelop classified and proprietary appendices that build on existing assessments and evaluation activities of the US manufacturing and defense industrial base and supply chains as well as anticipated timelines for adversaries to develop similar or countering capabilitiesExperience in semantic technologies for specifying meaning of information carried in the protocolsAble to interact effectively with experimental teams implementing early prototypes, contributing to experiment design to maximize benefits for Universal Command and Control (UC2) technical design, and use lessons learned to improve the standardCommunicate UC2 vision and progress effectively in a wide range of private and public venuesUnderstand DoD technology development and systems acquisition processesSet schedules and milestones for standards development and version releases, balancing technical and user needs Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS7+ years of FNC3 program experienceMaster's Degree in a STEM field field +14 years of experienceActive DoD issued TS with SCI eligibility within the last 12 monthsExperience in developing and demonstrating mission base capabilities to fill persistent gaps within the National Defense Strategy (NDS).Previous experience with Department of Defense RDT mission and processesPrevious experience in engineering, analysis of alternatives, integration, requirements, and testingExperience with Cross-Domain SolutionsExcellent writing, communication and briefing skillsDESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS War College Experience Acquisition Experience Experience working in Joint Staff, with the DoD Labs, and DARPA PhD
