We engage with our communities to drive positive social impact by fostering equity and working to create a digital society that works for all.Job Description: The LMS Administrator will configure, implement and maintain defined learning and development programs and curricula across DAN brands.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Work directly with the Learning and Development team to provide best practices for corporate learning initiatives, enhanced system functionality and utilization.System administration of the LMS, including user administration, reporting, system configuration, testing, support and issue resolution.Continuously monitor & improve user experience providing effective, engaging, and results driven training.Map learning and development curricula to the employee career framework by utilizing existing courses and content.Provide LMS technical support by investigating and resolving system & end user issuesCoordinate with IT & HRIS teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with our e-learning vendors (Skillsoft, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) and support the maintenance of these libraries in our LMS.Collaborate with Talent Development Operations for content support and to ensure proper compliance.Support On-boarding and Acquisition teams by creating and maintaining approved curricula, custom emails and deployment.Build, deliver and communicate custom reports from the LMS that measure aspects of training consumption, satisfaction & effectiveness, including learning dashboards.Review system quarterly new releases to provide UAT and guide implementation of new system enhancements; provide guides and job aids.Outcomes:All roles across service lines have clear functional / technical curricula that will enable employees to develop the requisite levels of proficiency in their skillsets to perform the roles with excellence.Intuitive and organized training and development experience for employees; exceptional user experienceAll training works as designed, with courses and content deploying effectively as needed, when needed.On-boarding curricula are monitored for to meet compliance objectives.Effectively manage front and back-end requirements of the LMS and advise team of best practices for configuration of organizational objectives.Qualifications: 1-2 years Cornerstone OnDemand LMS Administrator experienceExperience with LMS migrations and implementations a plusStrong aptitude for learning new systems, technologies and software as requiredAbility to connect with Learning & Development team to prioritize work and manage projects simultaneously within deadlines and budgetsCollaborate with HRIS and IT to identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies.Ability to coordinate with e-learning vendor programs and partners (Skillsoft, LinkedIn Learning, etc.)Ability to think strategically and establish scalable learning and development solutions to support evolving DAN business model.Strong business acumen andprofessionalism - understands all aspects of how a business operates, able to develop and articulate the value proposition of a new strategy, process or program.Strong project planning, customer service and problem-solving skills.Focused attention on detail and data accuracyLeadership Qualifications:Partnering, building relationships based on trust, equality, respect and supportOrchestrators, who tap into the collective expertise of the whole of DANProven track record of effective, multi-tasked project managementAn enthusiastic and committed attitude, passion for talent development, flexible problem-solver, open to participate and promote change within the organization.Advanced computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, HRIS and LMS.HTML skills a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with ease and control.Additional Information: Employees from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds encouraged to apply.
