The Card Operations Technical Systems Administrator will be responsible for improving the performance and overseeing the maintenance of the Credit Union's card operations systems. These systems include but not limited to, credit card module, credit and debit processor/switch, card networks, ATM hosting systems, instant issue systems, rewards providers and must able to trouble-shoot and propose solutions for issues related to other ancillary vendors and systems that support files, reports and card/ATM related GLs. Responsibilities Gather and analyze data in support of systems management, maintenance and performance; testing and implementing enhancements/innovations and assigned projects, periodic releases Review data and identify trends using Excel and Tableau in order to achieve specific credit union objectives to reduce fraud, increase usability, increase communication, etc. Maintain and test and production systems; updating documents and applicable job aids Manage vendors and perform required monthly business reporting and quarterly brand reporting Responsible for acting as the liaison between Retail, BAA, BI, Information Technology and the end users to resolve performance issues and improvement requests. Perform as Product Manager for third-party vendors and update the Credit Union's vendor management system as it relates to Card Operations. Daily interaction with all areas of the department to identify and troubleshoot any issues Be able to identify trends in data and be able to proficiently use data tools, such as Excel and Tableau Perform other duties as assigned Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations and all related Credit Union policies and procedures Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 years of experience in Card Operations or related financial services field Experience analyzing data to identify trends using MS Excel; experience with Tableau Reader preferred The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance with a possible upgrade to a Top Secret clearance EEO Notice Northwest Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other classification protected by law.
