This position will be responsible for helping lead strategic marketing plans creation and overseeing the flawless execution to drive brand awareness, consideration, and advocacy. Who You Are: Have 6+ years of marketing experienceExcel at Brand Campaign Development & Execution- experience with launching and globalizing a brand marketing campaign, developing content & messaging strategies, leverage insights to drive decisions, optimizing and reporting out on performanceFocused on the customer- develop fully integrated campaigns supporting new product and platform launches and communicationsGlobal thinker- test & learn plans to apply content & strategies Digitally Savvy - Experience includes digital marketing acumen, with customer journey mapping & activation across the full digital ecosystem. Knowledge of digital marketing, marketing technology, and listening tools. Agile - Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment with multiple stakeholdersCreative - Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias to action and proactive solution finder, but not afraid to roll your sleeves up to push to execution. Hungry for data/analytics but comfortable with a gut feelingEmotionally intelligent who can translate challenges into opportunities for the teamBring the Outside In - Trend follower thats hungry for knowledge and a passionate educator of others Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that can manage internal/external partners with varying degrees of knowledge of digital marketing You have a strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills.Exceptionalproject management,organizational,andcommunication skillsWhat Youll Do:We are seeking an enthusiastic leader, who will lead content strategies and activations for the DEWALT Brand. You will join a marketing team that is responsible for setting the brands global strategic vision, brand identity and create the strategy + direction on the brands content generation strategy. Working in partnership with the Brand Strategy team, this person will lead integrated, full funnel marketing planning activities, manage developing end-user centric platform content, drive global reapplication of content, manage integrated digital campaigns, have oversight of marketing investments, and will manage the brands sponsorships.
