We work with integrity to foster and environment of diversity & inclusion, excellence, innovation and collaboration.If you want to be part of a great team and make a difference please continue reading and click the apply button to submit your resume and application.Summary: Oversee day-to-day site operations and provide clinical supervision and support to assigned ABH staff.Essential Functions:Compliance/Clinical:Comply with CARF/COMAR/HIPPA/State compliance regulations.Ensure staff compliance with EMR and uphold the 48-hour documentation standard.Ensure all treatments plans are up to date and signed by all parties within a week.Ensure staff compliance with all ABH mandated training.Acknowledge internal and external complaints within 24 hours.Provide clinical supervision and training to all assigned staff.Assign caseloads and related duties per ABH standards, coordinate activities of staff in providing services to individuals and families.Facilitate ongoing clinical collaboration with GMAY Directors, clinical Supervisors, and Prescribers to ensure continuum of care for mutual clients.Administrative:Oversee day-to-day site operations for all onsite and offsite staff to include safe and effective clinical staff workflows, efficient systems for scheduling, management of clinic flow, referral tracking, and facilities.Oversee assigned budget. Collaborate with the Comptroller to prepare and implement a comprehensive budget to facilitate site growth.Facilitate ongoing collaboration with Practice Coordinator Lead or Practice Manager to ensure proper oversight of admin staff.Develop a proficient knowledge of Medicaid rules, ABH billing and compensation.Meet weekly with Program Director to discuss progress, and advise on program efficacy, program management, improving practices, clinical structure, policies, and service delivery.Meet one-on-one with Prescribers semi-monthly to discuss best practices, standards, and patient care. Oversee, train, develop, and retain all assigned staff to include performance management including establishing standards of performance, developing priorities, and setting goals. Serve as an EMR super user to assist staff with any issues.Respond to communication (phone, email, text) from clients and families, referral sources, and ABH staff within 24 hours or the next business day. Respond to urgent staff calls must be returned within 30 minutes.Marketing:Identify, build, and maintain appropriate relationships with community partners to increase new business and referrals.Attend monthly provider council meetings.Non-essential Functions:Submit monthly CARF reports by the 15th of month.Schedule staff consultation for difficult cases with Program Director and Assistant Program Director, as needed.Facilitate monthly clinical team meetings, and group supervision as needed.Provide clinical staffing, as needed. Other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualifications: Work ExperienceMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or similar degree. Licensed in the State of Maryland as one of the following: LCSW-C, LICSW OR LCPC. Five (5) years of experience in an out-patient clinical setting/counseling therapy setting. At least five (5) years of progressive management and supervisory experience in a healthcare of medical setting required. At least three (3) years of professional budgeting and marketing experience, required. Excellent working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Knowledge of clinical territory. Excellent working knowledge of COMAR standards. Proficient in MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to lead, manage, and delegate at multiple staff levels. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with management. Ability to be proactive and work in a fast-paced environment.
