That's how we impact the communities we serve + the lives of others.THE GIGThe IT Analyst supports all aspects of 's Point-of-Sale (POS) systems + networks, primarily supporting issues raised by Shops and ensuring proper configuration + implementation of systems including Toast POS, Menu Maintenance, and interactions with 3rd party delivery systems and app.WHAT WE'RE SERVING UP// Competitive Pay with bonus// Medical, dental, + vision benefits// Paid holidays + time off// Company 401k// Legit growth + development opportunities-we're opening 30 new shops in the next 12-18 months.// Free pies (yup, free), you'll actually want to wear, + bragging rights!THE DETAILS// Reviews, analyzes and modifies systems including configuring, testing, debugging and installing POS System; as well as performing software updates, configuration changes and maintaining existing hardware.// Collaborates with Operations and IT to manage systems and identify solutions to issues as they arise.// Researches and tests new hardware and software products in accordance with predefined testing and migration procedures before deploying into the production environment.// Effectively communicates with Shops and operations leaders on planned technology updates.// Accurately estimates time and complexity of tasks and projects + effectively manages expectations and negotiates realistic timelines.// Works with third party vendors to ensure operational integrity between the POS and other applications.// Maintains POS Menu Database Administration & System Configurations.// Serves as Level 1+2 support for technical issues.// Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves hardware, software, or other network + system problems, and repairs or replaces defective components as needed.// Refers major hardware, software problems and defective products to vendors/technicians for service// Proactively keeps users and management up to date regarding outstanding issues and projects// Partners with internal/external teams to best resolve issues and analyzes and documents said issues in order to build a knowledge base for future use// Proactively monitors POS performance, and works with the Director of Operations Technology to prioritize and resolve issues, determine whether adjustments need to be made, and identify opportunities for future modifications// Takes steps to ensure a secure and stable in-shop technology environment.// Maintains equipment in POS lab// Serves as a helpdesk support resource after hours and on weekends as neededTHE MUST HAVES// 3-5 years of experience supporting POS systems administration + config in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry for 1,000+ users// Solid knowledge of Toast or other similar cloud-based POS system, including configuration, menu maintenance, + support as well as interfacing with 3rd Party Delivery technologies.// Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Management Information Systems or commensurate combination of education and work experience// Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, macOS, Windows 10, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SSO and remote management utilities// Proficient hardware, system software and data communication configurations + troubleshooting// Basic knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and PCI-DSS rules and regulations; A+ and Net+ certifications a plus// Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills// Customer service oriented; exhibits high level of responsiveness; readily understands + anticipates client needs// Displays strong attention to detail; demonstrates effective planning and organization skills to meet the needs of multiple internal/external customers concurrently// Works well under pressure and responds with urgency; easily rolls with the punches and quickly adjusts to shifting priorities// Works well independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and execute deliverables// Highly motivated, self-starter; completes tasks with minimal direction// Proactively keeps up-to-date on technology changes and applies new knowledge// Ability to respond to emergency calls, includes occasionally working after hours, nights and weekends; may be asked to serve on on-call schedule// Required Travel: 15-20 % is an Equal Opportunity Employer
