This position is contingent on contract award. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with the customer and representatives for program and contract administration issues. The Program Manager monitors and reports Contract performance status and metrics, financial coordination and reporting, and the coordination of Task/Delivery Orders. The Program Manager shall ensure proper management and control financial and administrative aspects of the program with respect to contract requirements. Experience includes leading and managing a large scale, Enterprise level, CS/C2 development organization including system engineering, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, verification and validation, deployment and engineering innovation. The Program Manager's experience includes CS/C2 wrap around engineering experience along with the training and skills necessary to conduct and coordinate contractual activities. The PM manages the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and employees. In some instances this manager may be responsible for a functional area and may have subordinate supervisors.Required Education: Bachelors or higher in Business, Engineering, TechnicalRequired Experience: Ten (10) years general CS/C2 experience in any of the following, CS/C2 design/engineering, CS/C2 computer program development, CS/C2 certification, CS/C2 system engineering or CS/C2 system engineering computer program development.
