The Opportunity: Exciting opportunity for a diligent, motivated, highly detailed, and reliable Senior Corporate Accountant to support a growing Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate has proven experience performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures. Must be proactive and comfortable working within MS Excel & sophisticated ERP systems. Candidates will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and display adaptability to new processes quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies Maintains general ledger, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries Analyzes and summarizes financial status and prepares financial reporting: balance sheet, budgeting, forecasting and other financial statements as requested Ensures compliance with GAAP Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Desired Skills and Experience: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field, Advanced degree preferred 5+ years of relevant accounting experience CPA, active candidate, or CMA highly preferred Knowledge of SOX and/or internal controls testing and documentation Expert knowledge of MS Excel Strong knowledge of ERP systems ideally NetSuite Strong understanding of inventory accounting concepts in a SaaS environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional, detail-oriented self-starter, well organized and able to work with minimal supervision and within a team Job #14144943
