Our passion and value for service compels us to build faster, better, stronger systems in order to give back and improve the world around us.Responsibilities Conseqta is looking for an HR Manager who can work closely with our Recruitment and Business Operations teams to identify, hire and retain top engineering talent who are excited to use their expertise to solve complex business challenges and help our clients transform how they leverage technology.The HR Manager plays a pivotal role within employee relations. The HR Manager will manage all day-to-day HR operations, including:onboarding new hiresoffboarding staffprocessing payroll and benefitsconducting performance reviewsoverseeing employee relations and engagementensuring compliance with employment law and regulationsThe HR Manager will be responsible for processing payroll to ensure all necessary adjustments are made for new hires, 401(k) enrollment, deductions and other changes within the payroll system. They will also manage the benefits program, including administering the open enrollment process and negotiating Conseqta benefits packages with external vendors. The HR Manager will ensure that all employee-related policies meet legal compliance, including regulatory reporting requirements. They will also be responsible for implementing, assessing and improving programs that enrich the corporate culture and employee workplace experience.
