Raytheon Intelligence & Space is seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead a team supporting an advanced sensor program in the National Capital Region and will be based in our Hanover MD facility.This leader must display superior decision-making abilities and be able to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include customer coordination and interface, managing overall mission execution, assigned program budget as the Control Account Manager (CAM), and staff planning. Must possess ability to track and report team status/progress via EVM, understand multiple technical and support needs including system operation, familiar with logistics support concepts including maintenance and repair across multiple remote sites.Other duties include technical troubleshooting, limited maintenance and repair, and working with the program management team and technical peers to develop solutions to meet product specifications and customer expectations. This leader will also be instrumental in developing training for Raytheon and customer personnel, and will help to establish long-term operations and operational concepts. The successful candidate will report to the Program Manager and will coordinate with closely with other Integrated Product Teams, and provide feedback to the Chief Engineer, Technical Director, and the customer on system status and recommendations to solve technical issues or concerns.
