TechGuard Security is looking for a candidate who provides expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the client and/or project team on records management. Coordinate with designated staff in each office to establish local records and information management (RIM) business processes, analyze file plans and other records management tools. Liaise with designated staff continually to ensure RIM processes and tools are operating effectively and provide guidance and assistance with analyzing and resolving RIM challenges including preparing inactive records for storage or disposition and performing other RIM life cycle management tasks. Serve as a member of a team evaluating, recommending, and implementing improvements to RIM policies and practices. Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to the client on RIM plans, projects, activities, and accomplishments. Works without considerable direction; mentors or may supervise team members.RequirementsAs a Management Consultant on our team, you'll build an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Empower change with us.Requirements:7 - 10 years of experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area. Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (ie, government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices. Experience with coordinating activities performed by specialists or other staff as necessary for activities related to the specified field or discipline.Demonstrate the ability to accurately communicate host organization records management needs and requirements back to the intelligence customer's leadership. Demonstrate the ability to develop records management policies, procedures, and standards.Demonstrate the ability to develop metrics and implement methods and technologies that enable efficiency in the successful management and execution of the organization's Records Management Program.
