The Clinical Office Coordinator provides direct patient care to high risk obstetrical patients. Responsible for providing clinical care including, but not limited to performing and interpreting electronic fetal monitoring, performing appropriate assessment and interventions of the mother-baby dyad and evaluating outcomes of the interventions, understanding and taking appropriate action on abnormal labs under the direction of the MFM physicians. Manager transitioning patients from outpatients care to inpatient care, as well as providing direct patient education. Facilitates clinical outreach and is involved in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives and performance improvement. Assist with program development. 40 Hours Per Week 7:00pm- 7:00am Three (3) years recent experience in an outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic required OR three (3) years of recent experience in a high risk volume inpatient Labor and Delivery unit will be considered.
